Review: 'Pai' Skin Cream

Hello everyone!

I have always had very sensitive skin. When I was younger, I used to have eczema, which is dryness in your skin and rashing, that is extremely itchy, so as a baby, I clearly couldn't. stop. scratching.
Despite it not being as bad now, I'm also allergic to many things that are included in most skin products, such as almond oil, so I have to try and find skin creams and moisturisers that won't irritate my skin, which is harder than you might think.

Whilst researching different skin creams, I came across the company 'Pai'. When looking into their products I saw how they were specifically made for people with all different kinds of skin allergies, and specialised in natural ingredients for all different skin types. I was surprised by how large their range was, as I had never heard of the company before. I decided to buy a moisturiser firstly, as this is what I was desperately searching for. Firstly, I purchased the Chamomile and Rosehip Calming Cream. I bought this cream as I saw that it reduced the risk of irritation and redness, which I occasionally suffer with. I loved it, but once I had used up the whole bottle, I decided to switch and try the Geranium and Thistle Rebalancing Cream as it seemed more suited to my skin.

Now this has to be my one of my favourite skin creams for sensitive skin. It is so moisturising, no matter if you have oily or dry skin, it still leaves your skin feeling smooth and healthy. It also helps a lot with irritation and redness, just like the other cream, but also is free from beeswax and alcohol, so it does not clog up your pores or cause oil imbalances. It also smells absolutely amazing, and makes your skin smell of the product for a long time, which I love. I have re-purchased it three times now, and am nearly done on my third bottle. It is also not too expensive, and if used in moderation, can last a long time. I use it every morning and evening over my whole face, and a bottle lasts me around 2 to 3 months. It is a very good skin cream if you have sensitive skin and don't want to purchase very high-end products, as this bottle was £32.00, which I think is very good for how long it lasts and is definitely worth the result I have received from using it.

The Geranium and Thistle Rebalancing Cream comes in a compact, glass bottle, with a small pump at the top. The box tells you exactly what the product does and what ingredients it contains and how each ingredient benefits your skin. The compactness of the product is amazing as it is easy to store and doesn't take up lots of room like most skin creams I have used before. It also allows you to carry it around easily in your handbag or toiletries bag if you are travelling. Also, the pump at the top is very secure and I have never had the product leak, which other products can do, which I hate because it can waste a lot. The packaging if also very simple and classy, which definitely attracted my attention when browsing the companies products.

Overall, I love this skin cream because it is simplistic but smells incredible and for me, 'does exactly what it says on the tin'. I have seen a clear improvement in my skin since I have started using the products, and it also lasts a long time and is definitely worth the price. I would not only recommend this to someone with sensitive skin or someone who suffers with irritation and redness, I would recommend the brand to people of all different skin types, as the company has a range of products for all different skin types. My only problem with this product it is that now I want ALL of the others to try!
